The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. In season, don't miss our game, our mussels or our asparagus dishes! Some dishes are also specialties of the house and caress the taste buds of our regular guests, such as our famous beef tagliata. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. The Brasserie Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Then we refer you to the "Bistro" part of our restaurant in Nivelles, where you can take a seat at a table with power point to enjoy your meal and work alone or in coworking. On the menu you will find typical Belgian dishes and classic brasserie dishes, as well as snacks, pasta and quality burgers. Accueil et service impeccable comme toujours. Par contre la qualité du buffet n'est plus du tout là. Coquillages sablonneux. Grillades possible par intermittence Le saumon était trop cuit. Verrines crevettes roses et tomates non assaisonnées, sans goût. Les calamars frits étaient durs et cassants. Les bâtonnets de poisson étaient secs. La fraîcheur de certaines salades était très limite. Grosse déception. Cela fait déjà 3 fois. Pas sûre de vouloir tenter à nouveau.

Accueil de qualité tant lors de la réservation qu’à l’arrivée sur place. Buffet très généreusement garni. Petit point d’amélioration : faire respecter par les clients votre demande (affichée à l’entrée) d’une tenue correcte. Votre resto n’est pas un Mc Do ou un bar à pittas. Certaines personnes n’ont pas l’air de le comprendre et ça dénote dans le cadre de l’hôtel.
