The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. In season, don't miss our game, our mussels or our asparagus dishes! Some dishes are also specialties of the house and caress the taste buds of our regular guests, such as our famous beef tagliata. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. The Brasserie Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Then we refer you to the "Bistro" part of our restaurant in Nivelles, where you can take a seat at a table with power point to enjoy your meal and work alone or in coworking. On the menu you will find typical Belgian dishes and classic brasserie dishes, as well as snacks, pasta and quality burgers. Restaurant à moitié vide, on a une réunion...

Restaurant à moitié vide, on a une réunion de travail à 4. On nous mets, à juste titre, à une ronde pour 4. On demande une table plus grande, et qq unes sont dispos. Le maître d’hôtel me dit ce n’est pas possible et que si nécessaire ils ont des salles pour séminaires…. Étant organisateur d’événements et ayant déjà travaillé avec cet hôtel, je dis que je suis au courant mais là n’était pas là question … Bref à part cela j’aime aller manger au Van der Valk de Nivelles, excellent service, bon rapport qualité/prix mais bon le maître d’hôtel ne me semble pas à la hauteur d’un tel endroit. Il aime se promener par contre.

The service was very good, the food was delicious and plenty of it, plenty of choice, the chairs were comfortable to sit in and the table was laid very nicely and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. Thank you so much for giving us a delightful Sunday lunch. Hope to see you again soon!

Parfait, rien à redire, je suis déjà venue...

Parfait, rien à redire, je suis déjà venue quelques fois et le personnel est toujours très accueillant et serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est délicieux et très varié. Je reviendrai encore avec plaisir.
