The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. In season, don't miss our game, our mussels or our asparagus dishes! Some dishes are also specialties of the house and caress the taste buds of our regular guests, such as our famous beef tagliata. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. The Brasserie Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Then we refer you to the "Bistro" part of our restaurant in Nivelles, where you can take a seat at a table with power point to enjoy your meal and work alone or in coworking. Je suis très satisfait(e) de mes visites dans ce restaurant, car l’expérience est toujours positive. J’y vais souvent et je n’ai jamais été déçu. L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est toujours souriant, attentif et professionnel. Les plats sont de très bonne qualité, bien présentés et toujours savoureux. Le service est rapide et efficace, même lorsqu’il y a du monde. L’ambiance est agréable et conviviale, ce qui permet de passer un bon moment à chaque visite. Le rapport qualité prix est très satisfaisant. C’est pour toutes ces raisons que je reviens régulièrement et que je recommande ce restaurant sans hésitation.

Bonjour, lorsque nous habitions en Belgique, nous venions profiter et apprécier le buffet proposé en we au même prix que celui qui nous a été proposé le midi en semaine cette fois. Celui-ci est très différent des autres fois et vraiment amoindri... Pour le même tarif. Plus d'eau pétillante car pompe en panne, je trouve qu'il aurait dû être proposé au minimum une bouteille offerte pour notre table de 5 personnes. Voici notre avis "objectif" et donné en toute transparence
