About this restaurant
Welcome
As we approach the first year serving the community in Antwerp and beyond, we are beginning a new stage of our development, ‘the Good Food Institute’. To better serve our growing vision as a home-away-from-home community space, we are opening our doors as a non-profit organization.
Our mission is to increase awareness around healthy food and lifestyle through training people in the art of preparing organic plant-based meals. The emphasis is on creating delicious meals that are colorful, tasteful and deeply nourishing.
We believe that a happy life begins with a healthy balanced diet and from that foundation we can more fully manifest our dreams and make positive contributions to society.
Many people want to eat healthier but don’t know how and so we teach people how to cook and offer an affordable weekly vegan menu to our members in our club at Breughelstraat 32, Antwerpen, as well as takeaway meals and delivery through Deliveroo.
Weekly 3 course menu: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat 5:30-22h (29.5 Euro)
Sunday Vegetarian Brunch 10h-14h (20 Euro)
Basic membership is free of charge and all that is required is a simple registration in our members book on your first visit to our club. As a member of our club you are also entitled to participate in free cooking classes, talks and music events. See our Facebook page for upcoming events.
For those looking for a more in depth training we operate a live-in apprenticeship program between one and 3 months to provide practical experience in learning to cook a vegan plant-based diet (Maximum 4 people at one time).
If you don’t have time for this, we are offering a 7 day Chef Training Program 7-14 May 2019 in the Pyrenees’s.

Gastvrij ontvangst in intieme huiskamersetting. Er is veel aandacht en zorg aan het eten besteed. Mooi concept. Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer de moeite waard om voor om te lopen :)
