Comme toujours, les plats sont d'une fraîcheur...

Comme toujours, les plats sont d'une fraîcheur irréprochable et réalisés à la perfection. Nous avons pris le lunch (coquilles Saint-Jacques et filet de daurade sur peau). Nous avons terminé avec les profitéroles, également excellent.

The food was not fresh, the taste of the fish...

The food was not fresh, the taste of the fish was not OK (Tuna fish), overall not refined - mistakenly hidden by strong sauces (both for mussels as for tuna). I got sick when coming home (1 hour diarrhea), confirming my dissappointment in the restaurant. I hope it was a one occassion thing, because I had multiple good experiences in the restaurant.

4 keer per jaar, jaar na jaar, steeds bij jullie, reunie van 4 ex-collega's. Altijd een positieve verrassing, altijd een ongekende combinatie van ingrediënten en een buitengewoon pallet van smaken. Een ongedwongen sfeer en toch professioneel. Top! Wij komen beslist 4 x per jaar terug
