Nous sommes venus au premier service le 31...

Nous sommes venus au premier service le 31 Décembre 2023. (Hier) Nous avons été déçu de la qualité des produits, l’amuse bouche était excellent, l’entrée aussi (risotto) malheureusement on nous a servi qu’une petite assiette à partager pour 2 … La qualité des produits des plats n’était pas au rendez-vous, de la lotte caoutchouteuse, je n’en avais jamais vu, surtout qu’elle n’était visiblement pas assez cuite et froide du au temps passé sur le pass, avec la truffe dessus “gâchis”. Sans parler du wagyu, on s’attend à déguster du bœuf un minimum tendre or là ce n’était pas le cas, et trop grillé. Digne d’une bonne grillade en famille le dimanche. Après l’amuse bouche on à complètement perdu le côté oriental, dommage .. La serveuse était agréable mais on a du réclamer, du pain, de l’eau et du vin… Néanmoins ambiance parfaite, et accueil au top. Le décor fait voyager.

As always, very good service and good vibe....

As always, very good service and good vibe. There was a little problem with the fish but Lorenzo was really kind and offered me a new one. Didn’t accept because we were already full ☺️
