About this restaurant
Laurent Moutoy offers local and bistronomic cuisine. The company was founded in 2015 in the family house in Gembloux, before moving in 2019 and opening the Laurent Moutoy restaurant with an innovative and open kitchen. The chef highlights around 20 producers and artisans who are the mainstay of the restaurant, from vegetables to coffee, from the brewer to the cheesemaker, it is with all these producers that the chef works on his menu and his desires over time. In the dining room, Quentin provides a wine selection adapted to your menu, a structured wine list and keeps an eye on making sure you are comfortable with us.
