Obligé de prendre un menu de minimum trois services. De ce fait, plusieurs plats n'ont pu être terminé donc gaspillage, la durée du repas est prolongée (nous pensions en avoir pour 1h-1h30, nous sommes restés plus de 2h). Le client n'est plus roi...
