The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. Nous sommes allées au buffet du 1 et mai tout nous a semblé bon mais tout l’après-midi et la soirée j’ai été très malade et ma maman a eu des nausées et le saumon fumé qui lui remontait … Dommage il y a du avoir quelque chose qui n’était plus très frais.
