The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. In season, don't miss our game, our mussels or our asparagus dishes! Some dishes are also specialties of the house and caress the taste buds of our regular guests, such as our famous beef tagliata. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. The Brasserie Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Then we refer you to the "Bistro" part of our restaurant in Nivelles, where you can take a seat at a table with power point to enjoy your meal and work alone or in coworking. Nous avons déjeuner a trois dans votre établissement . Je viens souvent dans des cadres différents ( réunions a l'étage, repas de groupe au fond du restaurant, buffet ou a la carte avec des collègues ) et les repas ou buffets sont toujours très bien . Ce mardi , nous avons pris, en entrée, trois riz de veau qui étaient délicieux et en plat deux soles et une cote a l'os . la Cote a l'os , par contre a été catastrophique , désole mais c'était plutôt une entrecôte car l'épaisseur était très fine pour une pièce de blanc bleu ...a la Belge ! j'avais demandé a point et c'était plutôt bien cuit ( d'où la fine épaisseur je pense ) et donc la viande reste sur l'estomac un ou deux jours après . Je l'ai signalé a la serveuse mais pour le reste tout était très bien ( dame blanche et crème brulée en dessert) Le service et le cadre parfait . a la prochaine .
