About this restaurant
We turn local and seasonal produce & spices into the tastiest tallors Healthy dishes, soups and scrumptious desserts to takeout or eat on the spot. This in our cozy food shop or at one of our picnic benches in the courtyard garden. Low-calorie, 100% fresh and sustainably packaged. With the opening of a permanent spot for Tallore in the Roeselaarse Westlaan, Olivier switches his healthy food concept up another notch. "The extensive renovations we have largely done ourselves. Inside, we created space for 30 people. After picking out your cold or hot dishes, cutlery and drinks, take a seat at one of the tables made of recycled teak. When the weather is nice, you can also dine in the cozy garden." Simultaneously with the relocation of InfraLigne Roeselare, Lieselore Dumont (31) and Olivier Dedrie (32) opened in the adjacent building next to the new Infraligne their cozy dining spot Tallore. "We opted for a simple 'healthy bar' concept with self-service," says Olivier. "Delicious, local and sustainable where possible." Also, all our tallores are made with olive oil, which is much healthier than working with butter. For the desserts we work with zusto ( a sugar substitute ), which means there are 75% less calories in it compared to regular sugar. ( also suitable for persons with diabetes )
