Just a stone's throw from the châtelain, at 81 rue du mail, the chef takes you on a culinary adventure that combines his Japanese origins with his love of French gastronomy.

Tout d'abord, car "être satisfait" est la moindre des choses . De satisfaction à être comblé, il y a une marche. Ma sensation est ambigüe. Tout frisait la perfection sauf le cadre intérieur décevant. Or le cadre est à mes yeux essentiel. l'extérieur est sympa, l'entrée aussi mais la salle où nous nous attablons sinistre de banalité, d'une pauvreté créative qui dénote avec la cuisine et qui ne peut la mettre à l'honneur. Le chef est très accueillant, sa cuisine, sa vaisselle délicate mais le cadre ne l'est pas. A 100 € minimum le couvert, j'attends aussi être accueilli dans un lieu. Je préfère ajouter 30 ou 50 € pour le "WA", l'harmonie du tout.
